*** If you can't find uBlacklist in the Safari Extension List:
The problem doesn't seem to be with uBlacklist itself.
You can try this:
1. Run this in the terminal app: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
2. Restart Safari
3. Enable uBlacklist
